How to Look Gorgeous With Diamond Bracelets

Most women cannot resist the temptation of diamonds. Diamond jewelry does not only include rings, necklaces and earrings, it also includes diamond bracelets. Today, many women use diamond bracelets to show off their delicate wrists. However, to look gorgeous with diamond bracelets can be a challenge for women on the ground that diamond bracelets really vary in styles and designs.   Some diamond bracelets are manufactured with classic designs and they look antique and solemn.

Diamond Sparkle

A diamond without sparkle is a bit like a shark without teeth. Regardless of who is wearing the diamond, man or woman, a diamond is expected to sparkle. Sparkle is caused by the light working with the color of the diamond. The diamond cutters are well aware of how important light is and they cut the diamond to realize the most light within the diamond.

Forex earnings: how much can a trader gain?

Nearly every user is interested in gaining profit in the Internet. Forex market possibilities are considered to be the most real and highly profitable but there are different facts concerning amounts of money earned. Some people say that one can earn 5-10% of the sum invested; others say that you can double your initial account easily. There are also people who say that you can only bear losses on Forex. We can declare with all the responsibility that one can gain any profit on Forex and the sum of money is only dependent on trader’s skills, dedication and Fortune.

Forex market during crisis

Some time ago the world economic crisis started. Life of people became difficult, incomes decreased and the state of affairs changed. In many countries unemployment increased and manufacturing volumes decreased. Nearly all the countries have started anti crisis policy on both, local and international levels but the victory seems to be far away from the present moment. Meanwhile the Forex market remains the same.

Forex trading

While thousands of people trade in Forex daily, some still wonder - what is Forex trading?
In short, it's buying and selling currencies - or money, if it sounds better. Imagine that you live in Great Britain. Your friends tells you he is going to the US next week for vacations and therefore he requires some American money. Obviously, in the US no shop would accept British pounds.
Luckily, you have some dollars left from your last business trip to New York, so you take your wallet, get twenty banknotes of 100 USD and sell them to your friend. Obviously, he pays you back with British pounds - because you live in London, you are not interested in any other currency.

Body Piercing Jewelry

The Bible mentions that body piercing was popular amongst nomadic tribes approximately 2000 years ago. Whereas, at some places like Egypt only people from the royal family could get body piercing done. Various reasons have been associated with different cultures and different castes for getting body piercing. For example, it was a symbol for strength for roman warriors, who had a practical approach towards body piercing. Whereas body piercing jewelry was just a way of beauty enhancement in some other cultures.

Handling Diamonds The Proper Way

Many people who trade in diamonds do not realize that the manner in which you handle your diamonds and diamond jewelry can actually impact the jewelry business. But there is a very simple and basic reason why this is true.
Diamonds whether studded in jewelry or loose, have a propensity to attract oil and grease and every time the diamond is handled, it tends to pick up some grease. As we all know, grease attracts dist particles from the air and eventually there is a layer of grease and dust that covers the surface of the diamond. And we all know that when that takes place the light that reflects from the diamond is affected negatively.
The property of diamonds to attract grease has not always been seen as a negative property. In the earlier years, miners used the knowledge of this property of diamonds to sort diamonds from other minerals and gemstones in the same ore. This was done by covering a belt in grease and wax and then allowing the crushed ore to run over the belt. As the crushed ore passed over the greasy belt, the uncut diamond rough would stick to the belt as the other minerals remained unaffected.

Facts about diamond simulants

Diamond simulants are basically gems that look like the diamond but in reality are neither natural diamonds nor those that are produced synthetically. The popularity and appeal of the diamond are responsible for the numerous diamond simulants that are floating in the market today.

Some of these simulants are found in the earth and some of these simulants are created in labs. But even as people try and pass off diamond simulants as diamonds, the beauty, brilliance, light reflection property, sparkle and luster of the diamond is unmatched.
There is nothing wrong in buying, selling and trading diamond simulants. In fact there is a significant market for these simulants since many jewelers use them in fashion jewelry to showcase their designs and also sell them to clients and customers who cannot afford the exorbitantly priced diamonds.

How to identify Synthetic Diamonds

The popularity and appeal of diamonds led to a situation where people wanted to create diamond look-alikes in the laboratory. Many experiments were done to perfect a laboratory process that could create diamonds that were close to the real thing. It was only after a lot of research that the process of developing a diamond in a laboratory was finalized.

These lab diamonds are called synthetic diamonds and are far cheaper than real natural diamonds. However, a proliferation of diamonds in the market necessitated that people trading in the diamond industry be aware of the methods by which synthetic diamonds can be differentiated from real natural diamonds.
Synthetic diamonds are different from natural ones in various ways and these properties can help in segregating them. Since the synthetic diamonds are produced in a laboratory, they do not have the same level of inclusions and properties as the natural ones. They do not have minerals like garnet, diopside and other diamonds in them. However, synthetic diamonds do contain remnants of the metallic flux that is used in the process of creation of synthetic diamonds.
The other differentiation lies in the structure, graining and color zoning of the diamonds. The high temperature at which a synthetic diamond is produced is yet lower than the temperature at which natural diamonds are created. Natural diamonds grow evenly in all directions from a basic core.

The History of Diamond Cuts

When you buy a diamond, or other gemstone, as part of an item of fine jewellery, they have been cut in a specific way. This cut helps to bring out the attractive properties of a diamond. However, the popularity of certain diamond cuts has tended to vary over the years.

The first type of diamond cut was known as a 'point cut', and can be seen to date back as far as the 14th century. This was a basic octahedron shape, any one which you would be unlikely to find at modern day jewellers such as 77 Diamonds. By the 15th century, another design, know as the 'table cut' had already become more popular. This cut was very similar to the original point cut, but had one end taken off to provide a flat surface on one side. However, this cut often meant that the diamond would appear black when looked at - meaning that coloured gemstones were still a far more popular choice at this time.

Fashion highlighted through diamond jewelry

Colored diamonds are considered as the ultimate prize . Colored diamonds – known to elite jewelers as “fancy colored diamonds” are rarer and relatively more expensive than their white counterparts. Fashion gurus are drooling over the engagement rings showcased by Hollywood stars. Celebrity brides-to-be have recently seen a 6.1-carat, pink diamond set in platinum, and a 10-carat marquise-shaped, canary yellow diamond.

Apple 'iPhone 5' expected in September

Apple's next-generation iPhone will have a faster processor and will begin shipping in September, according to three people with direct knowledge of the company's supply chain.
The production of the new iPhone will start in July or August and the smartphone will look largely similar to the iPhone 4, one of the sources told Reuters.
The iPhone – introduced in 2007 with the touchscreen, on-demand application template now adopted by its rivals – remains the gold standard in the booming smartphone market.
Reports on the timeline of the new iPhone launch vary, though it is largely expected that Apple will likely refresh its iPhone 4 later this year. It was introduced in June 2010 by chief executive Steve Jobs and shipped in the same month.
The timing would mean a delay from the usual 12-month refresh cycle for the iPhone since its introduction in 2007, when new versions have been shown off at Apple's Worldwide Developers Conference in San Francisco. That is presently scheduled for 6-10 June.
The sources declined to be identified because the plans for the new iPhone were not yet public. An Apple spokeswoman in Hong Kong was not available for comment.
The iPhone is one of Apple's most successful products, with more than 16 million sold in the last quarter of 2010. It accounted for more than a third of the company's sales in the quarter.
Apple sources many of its components from Taiwan-based suppliers, many are expected to benefit from a rise in sales as some of them rely on the US company for about 20-40% of their business, said Vincent Chen, an analyst at Yuanta Securities.

Platinum and Gold Diamond Jewelry

Platinum and gold are one of the rarest of precious metals, they are found in only a few locations around the world. To produce a single ounce of finished platinum, a total of 10 tons of ore must be mined and three tones of ore are required to produce one ounce of gold. The rarity of platinum versus gold gives it its cachet (and cost).

Gold and Platinum scratch alike and has to be maintained once or twice a year to keep its fresh shiny look.

Platinum

Platinum, rhodium, palladian -- three of the six separate elements in the platinum family -- are used for jewelry and decorative purposes. Platinum was in use for several centuries B.C., but a process to make it more malleable and workable was not discovered until 1804.
The color of the metal platinum is grayish white and resembles highly polished silver when finished. It is reasonably malleable and extremely ductile.

Palladium White Gold

Standard white gold has a strong yellow tone to it and often disappoints customers most white gold you see in stores is plated with rhodium to make it look more "white". We use the more expensive palladium white gold to achieve a true white color without plating. This is the white gold used by many fine jewelers to make a higher quality product. The look of the palladium white gold is similar to the look of platinum and is rapidly becoming the industry standard for fine white gold jewelry.

An Overview of Gold

Gold is the mostly highly prized of all metals.  Its bright yellow glitter and malleability has made it, since the dawn of history, the metal most treasured. The earliest craftspeople used gold to fashion decorative pieces of all kinds. In the Middle Ages,  artisans were trained as goldsmiths to create jewelry and ornaments of the highest order, some surpassing work done by the craftsmen of today.
Gold found in its native state is rarely pure 24k, but is usually associated with silver and often with mercury. In its natural state of pure gold, the substance is very malleable and can be hammered into very thin sheets.  When the silver content is a high percentage of a naturally-occuring gold mass, the metal is called electrum, a natural alloy.

Your Perfect Oval Cut Diamonds

The oval cut diamond is based upon the traditional configuration of the round brilliant diamond and that's why its technical name is oval modified brilliant diamond. The oval was invented by Lazare Kaplan in the early 1960s. A length-to-width ratio of 1.5:1 is almost universally considered a pleasing shape for oval diamonds, with any variation beyond 1.4:1 or 1.6:1 beginning to be noticeable and become an aesthetic issue. However as with all fancies, a certain degree of individual taste is always factored into the desirability of a particular diamond's shape. Fifty-six facets are typical for oval brilliant diamonds. Over the last year or two ovals have become very popular as center diamonds for engagement rings.

Your Perfect Triangle Cut Diamonds

Triangular Brilliant, Trilliant, Trill and Trillion are generic terms referring to triangle cut diamonds. Triangle diamonds may be cut with either straight sides or with sides bowed outwards, depending upon the nature of the rough. A 1:1 tip-to-tip measurement ratio - equilateral triangle - is optimum. Triangle diamonds are most often used as matched side stone pairs for rings, diamond stud earrings and solitaire pendant necklaces and rings.

Your Perfect Princess Cut Diamonds

The Princess Cut Diamond is a brilliant style shape with sharp, uncut corners. It is typically cut square rather as a rectangle. Brilliant style refers to vertical direction crown and pavilion facets instead of step style horizontally facets. A princess Cut Diamond generally has 76 facets, giving it more brilliance and fire than the round brilliant. The Princess Cut diamond is fast becoming one of the most popular cuts in the United States.

Your Perfect Round diamond engagement rings

The traditional choice for all occasions and preferred by many for their personal investment portfolio. The depth percentage of a round diamond should range between 58 to 63 percent and the table percentage should range between 55 to 64 percent. The most desired percentages are the 60 percent, and perfectionists will look for depth of 59 through 62 percent and table of 56 through 58 percent. Round diamond is the best seller of all diamond shapes. The vast majority of sold diamonds are rounds. The round shape makes it easy to mathematically calculate the reflected light rays from it thus decide if a certain set of parameters of a certain diamond will yield the maximum reflected rays –the maximum brilliance That we call Ideal-Cut.

Good-bye iPhone, hello (again) BlackBerry

iphone and bold
I am now a reverse switcher--I switched from a BlackBerry to an iPhone about six months ago, and now am switching back again. Why? Basically it comes down to the fact that the iPhone is really good at the stuff I do 10 percent of the time, but pretty poor at the stuff I do 90 percent of the time.
This is not to bash the iPhone. It has been a transformative device in the wireless industry and forced everyone else to up their game. It has shuffled the power structure among device makers, service providers, developers, and the broader ecosystem. But such a sophisticated device is a very personal choice, and people have very different priorities for something they use and carry around with them almost every waking hour. My phone is provided by and for work, and I primarily use it for work purposes, and for that I find a BlackBerry much, much more efficient.

Men Today Go For Diamond Jewelry

Popular men’s jewelry

One of the most commonly used men’s jewelry is the wedding band and among the most popular on the market these days is the diamond wedding band. For men about to get married, many of them opt to buy a dual wedding set that includes a diamond wedding band for the male and another diamond ring for the female. Comparing the two, it’s the men’s wedding band that is thicker. As for design, it depends upon the preference of the wearer. Some men like simple jewelry while the others prefer to wear bands with intricate designs.
It was in the middle of the 1940s in the United States when the tradition of offering a double ring or men’s wedding band at a wedding ceremony began. It was also during that time when jewelry manufacturers saw it fit to popularize the concept of offering a wedding band for the groom in addition to the ladies’ wedding ring. However, it’s important to note that the groom’s ring has actually existed even before it became popular. Consumers had already accepted the idea that a groom’s ring was a fitting symbol of male prosperity and stability apart from being associated with commitment to marriage.

Proper Ways Of Caring For Your Diamonds

Diamond owners should remember that the stones do get smudged, soiled and dusty. During regular wear, lotions, powders, soaps and even natural skin oils can leave a film on diamonds at the back resulting in a dull and lifeless look. You may have your stones insured but if you don’t keep them clean and sparkling, they will lose their beauty and brilliance.
Storing the stones and your other jewelry collection in a safe place or in a bank safe deposit box is a good start in taking extra precautions for your diamonds. Make sure that you keep them under lock and key when not worn. Keep in mind, though, not to place one diamond jewelry together with other diamonds. You can either wrap each of them in a plastic bag, a small pouch or a tissue. The reason is that a diamond can actually cut another diamond so keeping two pieces together in a single container can result in scratches on the surface or cause other problems.

How to Unlock BlackBerry Phones

If you have a BlackBerry that is Dual Mode phone (CDMA + GSM), or world phone, you can unlock your phone and use it on any other carriers that accepts unlock phones. Here are the way you can unlock your BlackBerry devices.
First, to unlock your BlackBerry phone you need to obtain an unlock code. There two ways of getting this code: through your carrier, or by a remote unlock service. To unlock it through your carrier, you will need to call your carrier and ask then if they will give you the unlocking code for free or a fee, Verizon gives it for free. If your provider doesn’t give unlock codes, then your next option is to unlock it through a 3rd party service or remote unlock.
Where can I find a 3rd party service to get the code that is reliable?
cellunlock.net provides a great service but the only bad thing is that you might find their service too expensive. They charge $34.99 for one code only. If you look on eBay you can find unlock codes for $1, but check the seller’s feedback before buying it. You will have to preovide them your phone’s IMEI number which you can find by dialing IMEI by dialing *#06# directly from the handset. How to get IMEI # from Blackberry Storm?
1. From the Home screen select Menu.
2. Select Options.
3. Select Status
Can I reused the unlocking code on another phone? No, you will not be able to reuse an unlock code on another phone because the unlocking codes are proviced based on your phone’s unique IMEI number.
